Pastor Scott is a youth ministry veteran of 18 years. He now serves as the Lead Pastor, after having been on staff as Associate Pastor (youth, worship) at our church since early 2014.  Having served at both newly-planted and established churches of various sizes, he has been blessed to learn from excellent pastors. A rabid fan of the Boston Red Sox, Scott holds a Bachelors degree in Community Ministry from Geneva College and is an ordained minister through the General Council of the Assemblies of God.

He is married to the love of his life and most amazing woman in the world, Rebekah. He and Bekah have four children: Tyler, Kyle, Ayden and Shayna.

Pastor Rachel was born and raised in Hazleton, PA. At the age of 21 she felt God's call on her life to lead the children to Him. She has partnered with several Children's Pastor's over the years that have helped her knowledge of and love for children's ministry grow. Her desire is to continue to follow God's lead in the way she runs ministry and the way she lives out the call on her life.
 
She is married to her best friend and side kick Andrew Groome. As their love for one another continues to grow, so does their family. They have a boy, and a baby girl on the way.

Pastor Zach is a graduate of the University of Valley Forge with a degree in Youth and Family Studies. He grew up in Northern Vermont with his mother, father, grandmother, and brother. Zach has been passionately pursuing God’s calling on his life since he was 14 years old. He has been so excited to see how God is moving at Berwick Assembly and through all of the teenagers at 1Eighty Student Ministries!

He has been married to his wonderful wife and partner in ministry, Nikita, since 2022.

Omar Segura was born in Colombia and based in Berwick PA for the last 10 years. Before becoming a pastor, he studied and graduated in economics, then in Microfinance, and finally received an MBA. For 20 years he worked in the business world in Colombia. Now, he is committed to building the kingdom of God. He is a Minister of the Gospel of Christ, ordained by the Evangelical Alliance Pastor Association of Colombia in 2012. He serves as a full-time Spanish Pastor in the United States, dedicated to the spiritual care and attention to the basic needs of Latino immigrants who come to settle in PA. He leads the Hispanic ministry and develops different programs for the Hispanic community such as connections with Food Banks and Health Clinics, ESL, and other development programs. In other words, he is a missionary for Latino immigrants in the USA.  

He has been married to an inspirational woman, Martha Liliana Suarez for 32 years. Together they have wonderful children: Santiago, Samuel, Gabriela, and Isabela. 

Omar Segura, nacido en Colombia y establecido en Berwick PA durante los últimos 10 años. Antes de ser pastor, estudió y se licenció en Economía, luego en Microfinanzas y finalmente obtuvo un MBA. Durante más de 20 años trabajó en el mundo empresarial y emprendedor. Ahora sólo está comprometido a construir el reino de Dios. Es ministro del Evangelio de Cristo, ordenado por la Asociación de Pastores de la Alianza Evangélica Colombiana en 2012. Sirve tiempo completo en el ministerio hispano en Estados Unidos, dedicado al cuidado espiritual y atención básica a las necesidades de los inmigrantes latinos que venir a instalarse en PA. Lidera el Ministerio Hispano y desarrolla diferentes programas para la comunidad hispana, como conexiones con bancos de alimentos y clínicas de salud, estudio del idioma inglés para inmigrantes, entre otros programas de desarrollo. En otras palabras, es un misionero para los latinos en Estados Unidos.

Ha estado casado con una mujer inspiradora, Martha Liliana Suárez, durante 32 años. Juntos tienen hijos maravillosos y talentosos: Santiago, Samuel, Gabriela e Isabela.
